HOW LOG IN TO ZIMBRA

Using Internet browser Mozila firefox, Internet Explorer or etc then type address : https://mail1.arsena.co.id [for arsena domain], https://mail1.visitek.co.id [for visitek domain] or https://mail1.wus.co.id [for wus domain]

On the panel below :
Click : “I Understand the Risks” or “Continue to this website (not recommended)” for Internet Explorer

Then Click “Add Exception”

On the following panel :
Click : “Confirm Security Exception”

From this window you can read, send, open image etc.

You have to change your default password when log in for the second time

Change Email Password

The following are the steps to change your email password :
a) Open your browser and login to : https://mail1.arsena.co.id [for arsena domain], https://mail1.visitek.co.id [for visitek domain] or  https://mail1.wus.co.id [for wus domain]
Use your current username and password.
b) Follow the instructions on the file “Change user password in Zimbra”
c) For Web_base user, stop.
d) If your are using Microsoft Outlook >>  Open microsoft Outlook then Outlook will ask your new password.
e) For Mozilla_Thunderbird user, like Outlook user, Thunderbird will ask your new password

SETTING MAIL USING THUNDERBIRD

1. Open Thunderbird, from toolbars click “Tools” | “Account Settings” | “Add account”

2. Choose “Email Account” | “Next”

3. Enter your name & your email address

4. Choose one, POP or IMAP and enter incoming server with mail1.arsena.co.id [for arsena domain], mail1.visitek.co.id [for visitek domain] or mail1.wus.co.id [for wus domain] | “next”

5. Enter incoming user name -same with your email address

6. Give account a name -you can enter your email address. click Finish
After that, you will see summary of your account settings

6. From Account Settings window click Outgoing Server [SMTP] | Edit
enter server name with mail1.arsena.co.id [for arsena domain], mail1.visitek.co.id [for visitek domain] or mail1.wus.co.id [for wus domain] port 465 make sure user name same with your email address and SLL is chosen | OK

7.Still from Account Settings window, click Server Settings
please check :
for Arsena
- Server name : mail1.arsena.co.id
- User name     : your email address
- Port : 993 [IMAP] or 995 [POP]
- Use secure connection : SSL

forVisitek
- Server name : mail1.visitek.co.id
- User name     : your email address
- Port : 993 [IMAP] or 995 [POP]
- Use secure connection : SSL

forWus
- Server name : mail1.wus.co.id
- User name     : your email address
- Port : 993 [IMAP] or 995 [POP]
- Use secure connection : SSL

8. Finish, your Thunderbird ready to use now

SETTING EMAIL ACCOUNT ON MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

1. Open Microsoft Outlook. From toolbar, choose “Tools | Options”

2. Select tab Mail Setup click “Email Accounts”

3. Choose “Add a new email account” | “next”
For Outlook 2007  “choose manualy configure server settings…”

4. Choose “POP3″ | “next”

5. Fill POP3 & SMTP with mail1.arsena.co.id [for arsena domain], mail1.visitek.co.id [for visitek domain] or mail1.wus.co.id [for wus domain]and dont forget to fill username with complete domain

For Arsena
Your Name      : Kori Rahmasari
Email Address : kori@arsena.co.id
Account Type   : POP3

Incoming Mail Server [POP3] : mail1.arsena.co.id
Outgoing Mail Server [SMTP] : mail1.arsena.co.id

User Name : kori@arsena.co.id
Password   : ******

For Visitek
Your Name      : Kori Rahmasari
Email Address : kori@visitek.co.id
Account Type   : POP3

Incoming Mail Server [POP3] : mail1.visitek.co.id
Outgoing Mail Server [SMTP] : mail1.visitek.co.id

User Name : kori@visitek.co.id
Password   : ******

For Wus
Your Name      : Kori Rahmasari
Email Address : kori@wus.co.id
Account Type   : POP3

Incoming Mail Server [POP3] : mail1.wus.co.id
Outgoing Mail Server [SMTP] : mail1.wus.co.id

User Name : kori@wus.co.id
Password   : ******

6. Click More Settings, choose tab Advance.
- Check SSL for Incoming Server [POP3] and Outgoing server [SMTP]
- Make sure port for POP3 is 995 and SMTP is 465

7. Choose tab “Outgoing server”
- Check My outgoing server [SMTP] requires authentication
- Choose Use same settings as my incoming mail server
- Click “Ok”

8. Click “Test account settings” If all task are completed, your outlook ready to use now
Click “Next” | “Finish”

SETTING EMAIL ACCOUNT ON BLACKBERRY

1. Go to menu : email settings
2. next : add an email account
3. then : type email address and password
4. If there is notification for Provide additional settings,
5. Choose or click POP/IMAP and type :
email server : your_servername
username      : your_account@your_domainname

for example :
Arsena
email server : mail1.arsena.co.id
username      : kori@arsena.co.id

Visitek
email server : mail1.visitek.co.id
username      : kori@visitek.co.id

Wus
email server : mail1.wus.co.id
username      : kori@wus.co.id
6. Your Account has been configured.
